Conversation analytics dashboard

A new analytics view breaks down AI conversation performance across all active campaigns. See response rates, average conversation length, question frequency, and conversion metrics in one place. The dashboard also includes a compliance summary showing TCPA adherence rates by state.

Improvement

Smarter re-engagement timing

Re-engagement campaigns now factor in the original conversation context when determining the best time to follow up. If a lead previously responded best in the evening, the system will prioritize evening outreach for the re-engagement attempt. CSV imports also now validate phone numbers to E.164 format and deduplicate against existing contacts before processing.

Bug Fix

Fixed timezone detection for border-state contacts

Resolved an issue where contacts in area codes that span multiple time zones (such as parts of Indiana and Arizona) were occasionally assigned the wrong timezone. The system now uses a more precise lookup table that accounts for county-level timezone boundaries.
